Why Pick A Few Songs At A Time?

If you keep playing the same song over and over, you will just create a habit.
Not so much learning the notes, but more of a repetitive motion.
Have you ever done something before and notice 10 minutes later you were completely zoned out doing the task you were doing without ever knowing.
If you keep changing songs, it will keep you on your toes and clued into what you are doing.
By mixing it up between songs, you will learn to perfect the chords quicker.
You will also learn to read the guitar sheets quicker. It will also keep you sane, rather than playing the same song played over and over. Trust me you may ruin it for yourself.
For me, this was Oasis’ Wonderwall or Eagle Eye Cherry’s Save Tonight. I completely overdid these when I started playing and now I can’t play them anymore.
If I’m at a house party with friends having a sing-song, if someone asks me to play either of these songs, I just cant.
